Sammy is a climate-conscious educator, trainer, and program designer working with EcoSafe certified compostables to increase food waste diversion. Her understanding of soil health and regeneration is at the center of she does and is what drives her educational training programs. Food waste in landfills is a problem. Let’s change that.
